full inhalations and full exhalations

Drink .6 x body weight = ounces of pure water per day

4) Sunshine
30-60 minutes a day of sun-light to rejuvenate and recharge!

5) Exercise
movement as medicine and meditation…find something that you love and DO IT!

6) Rest
Time fore regeneration and recuperation
Read, write, meditate, be gentle!

7) mental, emotional, and spiritual peace
