Let’s talk about LOVE

When I speak of love I am not speaking of some sentimental and weak response.
I am speaking of that force which all great religions have seen as the great unifying principle of life.
Love is somehow the key that unlocks the door which leads to ultimate reality.

- Martin Luther King Jr.

The three faces of LOVE

Comprehending the Individuality of Oneness allows the experience of true unconditional LOVE.

1) Infinite LOVE
LOVE IS DIVINE POWER

The path toward spiritual consciousness is through the heart.

May love mesmerize your soul

2) Self Love

Without self-love we cannot become conscious co-creators of our own precious lives and therefore will not allow ourselves to fulfill our dreams. Most of us love ourselves conditionally. Conditional love is NOT love. It is based on approval, judgment regret,, and shame.

‘I’ll love myself when…’
‘I’d love myself if…’

Lack of self love is at the root of ignoring our own emotional and intuitive guidance. It is the root of NOT fulfilling our dreams. Without self-love we cannot become conscious co-creators of our own precious lives since we do not allow ourselves to fulfill our dreams.

Acceptance and trust are qualities that promote self love. Learn to love yourselves with all your imperfections as love is ultimately what heals and the greatest lesson each person has to learn is to love themselves unconditionally. For each person it is asked that you let go of negativity, that you reconnect with your heart and true being, that you reconnect with Source energy. Bathe yourself in the love of The Great Mystery and allow to help you heal. Carry this divine love within your being and reflect it out into the world.

3) Interpersonal LOVE

Self love is a pre-requisite for loving others. If we love ourselves conditionally, we can only love others conditionally as well as all relationships mirror this fundamental relationship with self which in turn mirrors our relationship with the Divine.

When we DO love ourselves unconditionally beyond duality then truly loving others becomes a natural expression of our very being.

Deeper intimacy in a relationship is achieved by examining the fears underlying possessiveness, neediness, and jealousy amongst other low vibration energies.

Ho’oponopono – the art of forgiveness

Ho’oponopono

Ho’oponopono is a traditional system for restoring lokahi, or harmony, within the client and their ohana (extended family).

If the Ho’oponopono process is  given a chance to manifest it’s magic everyone involved must bring to the moment of healing a mind that is open and positive. Forgiveness is making the decision that whatever happened is no longer important.

The four prayers:

- I love you

- I’m sorry

- Please forgive me

- Thank you

The following 14 steps are from the beautiful book: ‘Pele’s Wish’

1) There must be the belief that problems can be definitely resolved if approached properly.

2) It must be approached with a true intention to correct wrongs.

3) The confession of error must be full and honest.

4) Prayers and forgiveness must come from the heart.

5) There must be nothing withheld.

6) There must be full awareness that neither a crying fit or shouting match will solve the problem.

7) Everyone talks openly about their feelings and resentments, but not simply for cathartic purposes. The safety valve of discussion is used as a preventative measure so that minor disputes do not lead to major grievances.

8) ‘Talking things out’ is not enough. Something constructive must be done about the cause of the grudges.

9) Participating in this process requires maturity.

10) Total truth is required without intentional coercion or slanting of facts.

11) All essential material should be told, no matter how painful this may be.

12) Telling must never be vindictive or delivered with a desire to hurt.

13) When a person comes to you and asks for your forgiveness, you cannot turn your back on them. You have to forgive fully and completely.

14) The person asking for forgiveness must remain humble throughout. A lying apology is a lie to the Higher Self and God. Offending one is offending all. Making peace with one is making peace with all.
